Requirements for registration for dialysis

We have a process for registration of our patients so that we can have their complete medical information and can proceed with the treatment as per that information.

The patient first has to interact with our administrative department and fill the registration forms. Then, they are referred to our CSR manager for an assessment and interview. After their application is approved, they are referred to our RMO who then collects their history and conducts the clinical examination. The consultant OPD services are also provided, as well as free lab investigations, if required. The consent form is filled and then the dialysis process is started.
